Movement and Performance Training
Personal and Group Functional Fitness Training aimed to teach you how to move the way your body is designed. We are hyper-focused on posture and form to make sure you are getting stronger and not getting injured. Our primary focus is on developing strong posture, rotational movement, balance, strength and mobility. We build strength through full ranges of motion, which translates into more optimal pain-free movement in sports and life in general.
We offer 2 group fitness classes, a Strength & Cardio class as well as a Mobility Flow class. Our S&C class starts with a mobility focused workout and light cardio, then prioritizes full range of motion strength training throughout the workout. Our Mobility Flow class ranges from Yoga to simple bodyweight and loaded mobility exercises. We also offer 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 30 or 60 minutes personal training sessions as well. Recovery Therapies
Recovery therapies include Hypervibe Vibration, Deep Tissue Laser, Plunge Tub, Sauna, Sage Space meditation Bed and our Vitamin D Light Bed. Train your brain and your body with us to eliminate stress, ditch tension and learn how to control your neurological system for ultimate performance!
